As in years past, we will have in attendance technicians, supervisors, managers and directors of the various cable operators in our area, including Charter, Madison, and Fidelity to name a few.
Vendor Day Information
Vendor Day continues to be a full day event and open exhibits and there is no charge to attendees. The event schedule has been fine tuned to better accommodate exhibitors. Costs are still low and reserved exhibitor space will fill quickly!
Schedule:
7:45 am - 8:45 am Vendor Registration and Set up Period in Ballrooms
9:00 am - 12:00 pm Exhibits Open in the Ballrooms
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Lunch on-site in the Pavilion Room
1:10 pm - 4:30 pm Exhibits Open in the Ballrooms
5:30 PM Welcome Golf Reception at the golf course

Table Top
Table top includes table, 2 Chairs with 2 Vendor passes, additional reps at the table will be $50 each
SCTE Members -Table Top cost is $ 300.00
Non-Members - Table Top cost is $ 325.00

Registration
To register for an event, you must log into the website or create a profile. You don’t need to be an SCTE member but you must have an account in the system prior to registering. Once you have logged in, the page will display the prices as well as a “register” button. Please be sure to select all items you wish to purchase before checking out.
Complete the registration by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the website header and enter payment info. You will receive a confirmation email. Registrations cannot be modified via the website once complete. Registrations using a Purchase Order are not permitted and will be cancelled. Credit card transactions only on this site.
