The Chapter Leader of the Year Award honors one exceptional leader who has served as a driving force for their chapter—providing vision, inspiration and unwavering support over the past year.
Congratulations to the 2024 Recipient!
Don has been a driving force behind both chapter and regional success. Under his leadership, the Golden Gate Chapter made a remarkable comeback—rising from non-compliance in 2022 to finishing second overall in 2023.
But his impact didn’t stop there. In 2024, Don played a pivotal role in bringing together Region 1 to host a highly successful training summit. This initiative not only fostered stronger regional collaboration but also helped a fellow chapter achieve compliance in training hours for the first time.
Don’s commitment, leadership, and strategic vision have made a lasting difference across the SCTE community. We’re thrilled to honor his achievements and celebrate the positive momentum he’s helped create.
