Chapter Leader of the Year Award

Sadie Molinet has been a transformative leader for the SCTE Central Florida Chapter and a powerful advocate for collaboration across the broadband industry. As Chapter President, Sadie has helped elevate the chapter’s signature Broadband Skills Challenge, Vendor Day and Golf Tournament into a multi-day event that brings together technicians, vendors and industry leaders for hands-on training, networking and workforce development.

Her leadership extends well beyond local programming. Sadie has championed cross-chapter training initiatives, built partnerships with organizations such as The WICT Network, NAMIC and the Alliance of Channel Women, and expanded engagement with MSOs and vendor partners. Through these efforts, she has strengthened chapter programming, increased participation and helped restore strong training compliance for her chapter.

Known for her energy, mentorship and ability to bring people together, Sadie is deeply committed to developing future leaders and advancing the industry workforce.
