Register TodayCable Wi-Fi: BSS/OSS Considerations
Wednesday, August 20, 2014
2 pm Eastern

Description
Cable operators (MSOs) are expanding and upgrading their Wi-Fi networks and offerings to provide a compelling mobile data experience – there are several Business Support System (BSS) and Operational Support System (OSS) enablers (or barriers) that need to be considered.

During this webinar Ken Roulier, CTO for Amdocs' Broadband, Cable & Satellite Division, will discuss some of the BSS and OSS implications MSOs face as they expand their Wi-Fi offerings; such as, the need for automation in order to support the rollout and self-optimization of Wi-Fi networks, the need for policy in order to deliver quality of service (QoS) and innovative Wi-Fi services, and the need to leverage big data in order to provide the best customer experience by proactively addressing customer and network issues before they become a headache.

Presenter:
Ken Roulier CTO, Amdocs Broadband, Cable & Satellite Amdocs
