The SCTE Business Class Services Specialist (BCSS) v2.0 certification describes the knowledge of a technician who will install and troubleshoot business services for small to medium businesses. The successful certification candidate will have the business services knowledge to instill employer confidence, employee value, and impact the metrics of the customer experience.
