Spirit of the Games Award
The Spirit of the Games Award is presented yearly to a participant, staff member, or host vendor who truly embraces and exhibits sportsmanship and the learning environment at the games. The award is established in memory of David Jones, who had a very strong focus on the spirit of the SCTE Cable-Tec Games.

Tom Hawk
Comcast
The Spirit of the Games Award goes to Tom Hawk, Comcast. Tom has competed in the SCTE games several years, won the championship for his chapter more than once and is serving on the judge’s panel, while building solutions for future competitions. His advocacy and program knowledge have led many others to engage. He has spent time and effort being personally involved in the games and in the community. Recently he designed a reusable black box for competition. Congratulations, Tom!
