Please note- In order to register for an event, you must log into the website or create a profile. You don’t need to be a member but you must have an account in the system prior to registering. Once you have logged in, the page will show you the prices as well as a “register myself” button. You must click on the “Register Myself” button before you can click on any of the prices (they will be grayed out prior to clicking the “register myself” button). Expand the date drop-down to view vendor day options If you do not make a selection from the options, you will not be registered for this event Questions: John.Bodey@charter.com Guest Room Accommodations: Hotel will hold a block of rooms for Group’s use for Tuesday August 8th and Wednesday August 9, 2017. The cut off date for the group accommodations is Monday July 21, 2017. After this date, rooms not covered by a rooming list or individual reservations shall be released from Group’s room block and Hotel may contract with other parties for the use of such rooms. Hotel may continue to accept reservations from Group’s attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability. Reservations INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS: Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 1-800-RED-LION (1-800-733-5466) by Monday, July 21, 2017. They must identify themselves as members of the Group - SCTE Training Seminar. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. GUESTROOM CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests have 24 hours, prior to arrival, to cancel their room reservation without penalty. Guests will forfeit one (1) nights room and tax if they do not cancel their reservation by 4:00pm, local time, 24 hours prior to arrival. Some exceptions may apply which your reservations agent can advise you of at the time of cancellation. Guest Room Rates Standard rooms are normally $149.00 but under the group rate is $109.95 The Hotel is pleased to confirm the following room rates for this group: Standard - $109.95 River View Rooms: $129.95 Suites: $159.95 Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. All rates are net not-commissionable. EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: An early departure fee of $50.00 will be added to a guests folio should they check out prior to their scheduled departure date. Be sure attendees confirm their departure date at check in to avoid an early departure fee.
