There will be an SCTE Member/Vendor Appreciation Event and Tournament Awards presentation after the tournament at 6:30pm. Enter at the South end of United wireless Arena and take elevator to the 2nd Floor.

Golf Fees:
Single Golfer Fee $100 for each Vendor
Hole Sponsor $100
Fee includes Golf Cart, Green Fees, free range balls and lunch.

Schedule of Events:

7:00-9:00 Vendor registration, set up and breakfast
9:00-Noon Attendee Registration
9:00- 2:00 Exhibit Floor Open
11:30-1:00 Lunch for all. * * * Vendor floor will remain open during Lunch. * * *
2:00 - 4:00 Cable-Tec Games
*Drawings for prizes will be during the lunch break

Details:
Vendor Day will be an all-day event with open exhibits. A reserved exhibitor space starts at $250. Exhibitors Preregistrations are encouraged by May 25, 2022. A late fee of $50.00 will be added for registrations received after this date.

Vendor Day Fees:
Vendor Table $250 per space. 2 vendors per table.
Additional Vendor Representative passes $75
25’ Extension Cord Rental $15
Hotel and Conference Center AC power fee $25

Registration

To register for an event, you must log into the website or create a profile. You don’t need to be a member but you must have an account in the system prior to registering. Once you have logged in, the page will show you the prices as well as a “register myself” button. You must click on the “Register Myself” button before you can select any of the registration options. If you do not make a selection from the options, you will not be registered for this event.

Complete the registration by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the website header and then select Proceed to Checkout and enter payment info. You will receive a confirmation email. Registrations cannot be modified via the website once complete. Registrations using a Purchase Order are not permitted and will be cancelled. Credit card transactions only on this site.
