Registration

You must click on the “Register Myself” button before you can click on any of the event functions at the bottom of the page. Be sure to select all the items you wish to purchase before checking out. Once you’ve checked out for an event you cannot update your registration via the website.

11:45 a.m. to 1:00 – Lunch
1:00 to 6:00 – Golf/Boat Tour
6:00 till 7:30 p.m. Dinner & Awards

Registration Options

EXHIBIT REGISTRATION - $350/company
Exhibit registration includes many hours of networking, one 6' table, Tuesday night reception & appetizers, Wednesday morning continental breakfast, and lunch all for 1 company attendee.  This fee also applies to any vendor attending and not wanting to display as well. 

GOLF - $65.00/person
Golf will be on Wednesday immediately after lunch at the Cold Water Canyon Golf Course just across the street.  Golf is not included in your registration and you will be required to register for it separately.  Your golf fee includes, 18 holes with cart, and dinner after the event.  You may also choose to purchase a foursome to entertain clients.  Please email all names as soon as you know who you are golfing with.

Upper Dells Boat Tour - $65.00/person
You’ll journey northward, cruising through an awesome path cut by ancient glaciers. You’ll pass under pine-crowned cliffs, navigate winding river narrows, and view iconic sandstone formations.  Fee includes dinner with golfers after the event. 

MISCELANIOUS FEES

$85 - Non-member Fee: If attending member is not an SCTE member, this additional fee will apply.
$100 - Late Fee: Registration must be in 2 weeks prior to the event date or this fee will apply.  This fee is to accommodate the last minute changes that will be required.
$75 - Additional Attendee: This fee is for each additional attendee attending from, or displaying with your company.  This fee includes opening night reception, breakfast & lunch, does not include golf.
$100 - Additional Table: Additional fee required for each additional table you need.  If your booth takes up more space than a normal 6' table, you will be required to purchase additional space.

SPONSORSHIPS

$500 - Gold Sponsor: Includes; Your logo on the beverage cart during golf, as well as your logo on the refreshments & appetizers during Tuesday night's event, exposure on all event mailing, social media display, signs around the convention hall, & announcements throughout the day. 
$300 - Silver Sponsor: Includes; social media display, signs around the convention hall & announcements throughout the day.  
$200 - Bronze Sponsor: Includes; Signs around the convention hall.
$100 - Golf Hole Sponsor: You company name will be placed on a sign at one of the 18 hole. Only 18 will be sold on a first come basis. 

Cancellation Policy 

Requests to cancel must be made in writing 2 weeks prior to the event to avoid a $100 service fee. 

Registration

Register using this form or this website. You must log into the website or create a profile to register for an event. You don’t need to be a member but you must have an account in the system prior to registering. If you are a member and inadvertently pay non-member rates we are not able to issue a refund. Once you have logged in, the page will show you the prices as well as a “register myself” button. You must click on the “Register Myself” button before you can click on any of the event functions at the bottom of the page. Be sure to select all the items you wish to purchase before checking out. Once you’ve checked out for an event you cannot update your registration via the website.
You have the ability to register others from your company. Please click on “Register Someone Else” and use the search option to find members or non-members who have a record in the database. If not found, you can create a basic record for new participants. Please include the full name, company, email and chapter.
