Joining with an existing record
If you received an error message stating “username” already
exists follow the steps below on how to join with an existing record:
1) If your company is a corporate alliance partner, review the join process
listed on your Corporate Alliance partner page by
clicking on your company logo. If the join process includes a promocode,
email the promocode, your company and full name to email@example.com and Customer Care will
activate your membership.
Log into your account
and click on
. On the top of the page a Join Now link will be visible click and follow
the prompts to join using your existing record.
3) If you have forgotten your username or password links for both are on
the sign-in page. The username and/or password will go to your email on
record. If you need to update your email, contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
