Program Title: SCTE-Georgia Tech Management Development Program

Prospective participants may submit their application materials for the 2015 program at any time before the application deadline. All applicants to the program will receive an email confirmation within three business days of SCTE’s receipt of their application materials. Applicants will be notified of their admission status no later than four weeks after submitting the application. Program tuition is payable upon notice of acceptance. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent after receipt of the full tuition payment.
Because of the interactive nature of the program, the number of participants is limited. Early application is encouraged as qualified candidates are admitted on a rolling, space-available basis and the program is expected to fill quickly. Applications received after the deadline will be considered only if space remains in the class.
Admission to this program is competitive and is based on professional achievement and organizational responsibility. A college degree is not required, but instead, work performance, scope of responsibility and leadership potential are the most important considerations in the application process. Though there is no formal educational requirement, fluency in written and spoken English in a necessity for participation in the program.

The package is then reviewed by the Admissions Committee before a place on a program can be confirmed.
After acceptance into the program is confirmed, withdrawal from the program may result in a cancellation fee dependent upon timing. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by January 19, 2015 to receive a full refund. Due to program demand and the volume of preprogram preparation, cancellations received between January 20, 2015 and February 6, 2015 are subject to a fee of one-half of the program fee. Requests received after February 6, 2014 are subject to full payment of the program fee.
Cancellation dates for the 2015 program are:
- For cancellations made on or before January 19, 100% of paid fees will be refunded
- For cancellations made between January 20 and February 6, 50% of paid fees will be refunded
- For cancellations made on or after February 6, paid fees will not be refunded.
If your schedule changes and you can no longer attend the program, you may be able to send a qualified colleague in your place. All substitutes require prior approval from the Admissions Committee. Therefore, any requests for substitutes must be submitted in writing to the Committee at least two weeks prior to the start of the program (February 23 for the 2015 program). The new participant will also need to complete the application form and obtain the necessary sponsoring statement and corporate, HR approval.

Tuition is due upon acceptance into the program, so it is highly recommended that you apply to the SCTE Foundation for possible assistance at the same time you submit your application to the SCTE Admissions Committee.
