Retake an Exam
If you fail a certification exam, you will receive an email identifying the number of questions you answered correctly within each exam topic. We encourage you to study the topics that gave you the most trouble. When you are ready to retake the exam, select the Take an Exam link. You can retake the exam beginning one day after the original exam date. You will need the following:
- Your username and password (that you set up)
- Your payment method (credit card or SCTE approved Purchase Order)
- A proctor to authorize and observe your exam
