Voting Open for Regional Representative Election 2012
The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) announces Regional Representative Election 2012. Voting opens Tuesday, May 15 and concludes Friday, June 29 at 5 p.m. Eastern time.
Eight Regional Representative positions are up for election this year. The elected Regional Representatives will serve on the Operations Committee for a two-year term beginning on October 16, 2012. The 8 newly elected Regional Representatives will join the 5 elected in 2011 to the Operations Committee, representing SCTE’s 12 regions and Canada. Within 30 days of the October board meeting, these 13 representatives will elect 8 individuals from the Committee to seats on the SCTE National Board of Directors to serve a one-year term.
