Recertification Unit (RU) Entry
We encourage you to submit your RUs online as you earn them. Then beginning six months prior to your certification expiration date, you will need to submit the Recertification Unit form with documentation of your RUs and the recertification fee. Your RUs will be approved after you submit the Recertification Form and documentation.You will find additional information about recertification here.
